#26 -- If you "carbo load," be prepared to "carbo unload!"

[Consuming carbohydrates the night before a race is common practice. But if you do this, make pre-race arrangements that call for "bathroom time." There is nothing worse than the onslaught of a mid-race, emergency bathroom break. Especially if there's a line]
